This customized Big Bear Momentive Glazing pump was designed to have 2 applicators from 1 machine and 2 extra long booms for an extended dispensing radius.
The HG Adhesive Dispensing machines for 2-part silicones are comprised of two pumps: one for the base and one for the catalyst. Through a chop-and-check pump, the silicone is moved into the ratio sleeves. Our machines’ ratio sleeves are tied together to ensure the ratio stays perfect without the operator having to change anything and regardless of the length of your dispensing hoses. The silicone then moves through a series of hoses to a static mixer and nozzle, connected to our patented 403Z dispensing applicator, completely mixed and ready for curing!
