Our metering and dispense systems have a very high up time. We carry a complete line of spare parts, static mixers, nozzles, and ship 99% of all orders the same day. Specialized/Modified Pumps

We will build whatever helps our customers the most. The “437 With Long Boom” is one example:

Like the “437”, the “437 With Long Boom” has completely pneumatic 55-gallon and 5-gallon pumps for the base and catalyst, with choice of length of hoses etc. But is equipped with a heavier cart and boom 20 feet long.

The HG Adhesive Dispensing machines for 2-part silicones are comprised of two pumps: one for the base and one for the catalyst. Through a chop-and-check pump, the silicone is moved into the ratio sleeves. Our machines’ ratio sleeves on the base and catalyst sides are tied together to ensure the ratio stays perfect, without the operator having to change anything, regardless of the length of your dispensing hoses. The silicone then moves through a series of hoses to a static mixer and nozzle, connected to our patented 403Z dispensing applicator, completely mixed and ready for curing!
